Beautifully refurbished historical hotel located in the city center.
I faced multiple inconveniences with the air conditioning system. The first room was excessively warm, and while I was moved to another room, it still left me uncomfortable. The on-site parking policy was unclear, and I encountered confusion with the staff regarding my reservation. For a hotel of its caliber, these issues were disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the excellent buffet. We were also very pleasantly surprised to realize that the hotel is located in the older area of Belluno and yet still very close to the bus/train station. The view from the balcony was great too!

A cozy stay in the heart
Sheltered within Belluno's historical center, I enjoyed easy access to charming restaurants and shops. The staff's attentiveness turned a simple stay into a nice experience.
Unfortunately, my room was small and lacked natural light. Plus, I faced issues with the air conditioning, which required assistance to resolve.

The staff were really good too help me settle in, offering to keep the kitchen open for dinner. My suite was spacious and had a great shower. Breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh pastries. It was a fantastic spot for exploring the city.

The staff was very hospitable and hospitable at all times. The beds were big, I slept well. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was excellent.

The hotel was stylish and the location was perfect right by restaurants nearby, stunning North Eastern Italy and city center, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was especially helpful and very friendly. The service was absolutely EXCELLENT.
